Company History
FonWallet was founded in 2007 by Todd Coulter and an experienced team of veterans from the mobile and payments industry.

Todd Coulter - CEO
Todd has been at the forefront of m-transaction space for the past six years and is a recognized thought leader on mobile transactions. He founded FonWallet with the specific purpose of driving mobile transactions into the main stream and disrupting the current payment ecosystem. Prior to FonWallet Todd founded several
data-centric technology companies that concentrated on providing platform-based technology solutions into niche markets.
Todd holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees and is a former Naval
Officer.
Eric Miller – CFO
Eric Miller is a CPA licensed in the State of California. He has BS and MBA degrees from Cal State Long Beach. From 1990 to 2003 he was the Chief Financial Officer of Wynn's International's Warranty Division. He was a key member of the management team that grew the division from $8 million in revenues to well over $100 million during his tenure with pretax profits increasing from less than $1 million to over $12 million. During 2004 and 2005 he was the COO and then CEO/President of First Assured Warranty Corporation.
Chau Vuong- CTO
Prior to joining the FonWallet team, Chau was the Principle of Applied Metadata and brings over 15 years of extensive experience in technology. software build and data analytics with a proven track record of success. Chau also holds a PhD in Pharmacy and has bachelor degrees in Psychology, Microbiology and Economics.
Jeff Warmington- COO
After retiring from the Navy, Jeff has led cost reduction and process improvement programs, gaining expertise in Total Quality Management, ISO, and Six Sigma continuous improvement techniques. During these efforts, he attained certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt, and completed Black Belt training. A graduate of the US Naval Academy, in Annapolis, MD and the holder of Master’s Degrees from both Webster University and the Navy Postgraduate School, Jeff focused his formal education on technology, business management, and procurement. He further holds certification as a Certified Professional Contracts Manager through the National Contract Management Association, and has taught Master’s Level courses of instruction in procurement and contract administration. Jeff is an active outdoors person, with interests in boating, fishing, skiing, and do it yourself projects around the house. He is married with a 20 year old son and a 17 year old daughter
